Supply Terms
These Supply Terms outline the simple conditions that apply to all coffee bean orders and deliveries through Roast Loop Courier. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms of service.
Service Description
Roast Loop Courier arranges delivery of coffee beans roasted by independent partners in Sheffield and surrounding areas. We do not operate as a wholesaler; each product remains the property and branding of the originating roaster until delivery.
Orders and Confirmation
Orders can be placed via our online form or by direct email. We confirm each request personally to ensure correct roast style, grind level, and delivery window. Once confirmed, the order joins the next available local round.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are stated in pounds sterling and include applicable VAT. Invoices are issued electronically after delivery, with payment due within seven days unless agreed otherwise. We accept card or bank transfer only through secure UK payment channels.
Delivery
Delivery times depend on location and weather conditions. We notify you of your delivery window the evening before dispatch. If no one is present, we may leave the package in a pre-agreed safe location or attempt redelivery within two working days.
Returns and Replacements
As coffee is a perishable product, we cannot accept returns once packaging has been opened. If a bag arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will review and replace the affected item where appropriate.
Limitation of Liability
Roast Loop Courier is responsible only for the delivery of goods as agreed. We are not liable for taste differences, brewing results, or any indirect losses resulting from use of the product.
Data and Privacy
All customer data is handled under our Data & Privacy policy and the UK GDPR framework. We store only what is necessary for communication and invoicing.
