How do delivery rounds work?
Orders move on weekly and fortnightly routes. You’ll get a time window the evening before and a quick ping when the bag is on the way.
What should I choose—whole bean or ground?
Whole bean keeps aroma longer if you grind at home. If you prefer convenience, we grind to method—filter, espresso, press, or moka—just note it when you order.
Can the schedule change?
It can shift with weather or route load. If that happens, we send a new window and keep the drop-off simple—safe spot or hand-to-hand.
What’s in the bag label?
Origin, varietal, process, roast date, and short notes to guide brew strength. Storage tips sit on the back panel for quick reference.
Can I pause deliveries?
Yes—send a note via the form with your dates. We’ll hold the route and restart on your next cycle without extra steps.
Do you offer decaf?
We carry rotating decaf from partner roasters—usually sugarcane or Swiss Water process—with notes that suit filter or espresso at home.
